Objective: English teachers think that movies in the classroom can be a very good teaching-learning strategy to motivate the students learn English.

Objectives:

1.To develop and motivate students of different language abilities and learning styles to enjoy learning English to improve their writing skills.
2. To develop the positive values, creativity and critical thinking skills involving them in a debate with their classmates on a wide variety of topics presented in the film.

Objetivo: Professores de Inglês acham que filmes na sala de aula pode ser uma estratégia muito boa de ensino-aprendizagem para motivar os alunos à aprender Inglês.

Objetivos:

1.Desenvolver e motivar os estudantes de diferentes habilidades de linguagem e estilos de aprendizagem para melhorar suas habilidades de escrita.
2. Desenvolver os valores positivos, criatividade e habilidades de pensamento crítico envolvendo-os em um debate com seus colegas em uma grande variedade de temas apresentados no filme.

SYNOPSIS

Hilary Swank stars in this story about a teacher in a racially divided school who gives her students what they need most: a voice. Swank plays Erin Gruwell, is a teacher who inspired her students to overcome the gangs that divided them by violence and racial tension. The teacher Erin Gruwell battles an uncaring system in a fight to make the classroom matter in her students lives. Now, telling their own stories, and hearing the stories of others, a group of supposedly "unteachable" teens will discover the power of tolerence, reclaim their shattered lives, and change their world. Gruwell teaches us all an important lesson about tolerance and trust.

SINOPSE

Hilary Swank atua nesta história como uma professora de uma escola racialmente dividida que dá ao seus alunos o que eles mais precisam:o direito de expressar a opinião deles. Swank protagoniza Erin Gruwell,ela é uma professora que inspirou os estudantes a superar as gangues que eram divididas pela violência e tensão racial. A professora Erin Gruwell combate um sistema precário em uma luta para tornar o assunto em sala de aula na vida de seus alunos. Agora, contando suas próprias histórias, e ouvindo as histórias dos outros, um grupo de adolescentes vão descobrir o poder da tolerância, recuperar suas vidas destroçadas, e mudar seu mundo. Gruwell ensina a todos nós uma lição importante sobre a tolerância e confiança.
